The theme for the 88th Annual National Guard Association of Mississippi conference is “The Great Gatsby”
April 24-26, 2026, at the Sheraton Refuge Conference Center in Flowood, Mississippi.

All exhibit booths will be set up in the open areas on the same floor as the business session at the event venue. This area will accommodate all prospective exhibitors and give you high visibility because our members will enter the business session through this area. Exhibitors can start setting up at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and tear down after the conclusion of the business session on Saturday at approximately 12:30 p.m. Space is limited due to the incredible attendance we have at our state conference so please register early to ensure you get a space!
Each space is 8’ x 8’ and will include a 6’ table draped with a sign showing the exhibitor/organization name. The cost of an exhibit space is $800.00 for non-Patriot Partners and $300.00 for Service Organizations. (Note: Patriot Partners do not pay this cost). This is part of the cost of renting the area and having the booth prepared for the exhibit area as well as two (2) tickets to the Friday night Social. If you would like to add additional people to the Friday night social or attend the Saturday night formal, please let us know and we can separately invoice for those items.
EVERYONE IS REMINDED TO MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS WITH THE HOTELS. YOU MUST RESERVE EARLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE INCLUDED IN THE BLOCK OF ROOMS SET ASIDE.
All events for the 88th Annual NGAMS conference will be at the Sheraton Refuge Conference Center located at 2200 Refuge Boulevard, Flowood, Mississippi 39232. There is a block of rooms at the below local hotels. Reservations can be made by clicking the booking links on each hotel name.

Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to participate in our sporting events and certainly invited to join our Adjutant General, Major General Bobby Ginn and NGAMS President, Colonel Wyatt Rives, at the Friday night Opening Ceremony and Social, by the Sheraton Pool. Registration includes the Friday night Social for two individuals. If you have more than two, please call Greg at 601-354-7555 to prepay for the additional individuals.
