2026 Schedule of Events

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS – 88th ANNUAL CONFERENCE – NGAMS

FRIDAY, April 24, 2026 –Fees should be included with registration.

    • Golf – Shotgun starts at 8:00 a.m. for first flight and 1:00 p.m. for second flight at the Refuge Golf Course, 2200 Refuge Boulevard, Flowood, Mississippi 39232. Lunch will be provided between 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  $125 per person.  The deadline to register is April 17, 2026.  If signing up as a team (four players per team) please include names, email addresses and cell phone number.  Point of contact is CPT Longino or MAJ (R) Tony Harrell at [email protected] or 601-463-7101
    • Tennis / Pickle Ball – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Flowood Liberty Park, Address 694 Liberty Road, Flowood, MS 39232, $40 per player.  Proper tennis attire is required.  Point of contact is WO1 Russell Patterson Lunch will be provided immediately following the matches.
    • Bowling – 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Fanin Lanes, 1145 Old Fannin Road, Brandon, MS 39047, $40 per player. Point of contact is MAJ Martini Ford. Drinks and Pizza will be provided.
    • Memorial 5K Run – starts at 3:00 p.m. $40 per person for conference attendees.  T-Shirts will be provided.  Officers and family members of all ages are invited to run.  We will also allow non-conference attendees to run via a separate registration.  Point of contact is MAJ Colby Hester.
  • Registration Booth – Registration will be open in the Sheraton Refuge Conference Center at the entrance of the exhibit hall 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday, April 24, 2026, and reopen again at 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 25, 2026. Please come by and get your conference T-shirt as well as if you have any issues that we need to help with!
  • Opening Ceremony and Hospitality Night – Join us at 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., by the Sheraton Pool, as the Adjutant General and NGAMS President officially opens the 88th Annual NGAMS Conference and then stay for Hospitality Night as we continue with food, drinks and music. $20 per person. Please indicate your attendance on your conference registration so we will have enough food. Point of contact is LTC Anitria Mack-Lewis. The theme is The Great Gatsby, so wear your best themed wear or come casual, your choice!

SATURDAY, April 25, 2026 – All breakfasts will be held at the Sheraton Refuge Conference Center for $20 per person.  Please see your registration packet for each room location.

    • ANNUAL “AT EASE GANG” BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m., for “At Ease Gang” retired members only.
    • CHAPLAIN BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • MS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • OCS ANNUAL ALUMNI BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • ROTC ALUMNI BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • SERVICE ACADEMY ALUMNI BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • WARRANT OFFICER BREAKFAST ~ 7:00 a.m.
    • BUSINESS SESSION ~ 9:00 a.m. Spouses are invited to the opening ceremony.  Uniform is ABU/ACU for military personnel and business casual for spouses and retirees.
    • SPOUSE/GUEST ACTIVITY ~ 10:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Table 100 Restaurant Conference Center at 100 Ridge way, Flowood, MS 39232. The event will include a Murder Mystery by The Detectives and door prizes!  The cost is $20 per person. Point of contact is Col Laura Odom or CW2 Ebony Byas.
    • COMPANY GRADE OFFICER LUNCH WITH TAG ~ at the conclusion of the business session in the conference center.  There is no charge for this event.  Point of contact is CPT Miller Faulk at [email protected] or 601-826-8292.
    • FIELD GRADE LUNCHEON ~ at the conclusion of the business session in the conference center.  The cost is $20 per person.  Point of contact is LTC Jason Holmes at [email protected] or 601-69-3042.
    • WARRANT OFFICER LUNCH~ at the conclusion of the business session in the conference center.  The cost is $20 per person.  Point of contact is CW3 Sarah Stuart at [email protected] or 601-441-0790.
    • RETIREE LUNCHEON ~ at the conclusion of the business session in the conference center.  The cost is $20 per person. Point of contact is Greg Taylor at [email protected] or 662-501-0260.
    • UNITS DINNER ~ at the Sheraton Refuge Conference Center. Cash Bar opens at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.  The cost is $50 per person.  Point of contact is MAJ Amanda Woods. Military uniform or Civilian formalwear is appropriate for all attendees.
