Eligibility and Application Process

Eligibility is Based Upon

  • NGAMS Active/Digital Life Membership or a dependent of an Active/Digital Life Member
  • Completion of the online NGAMS Application
  • Submission of copy of official transcript from applicant’s high school, college, university and/or technical school (Scanned copy via email to [email protected] is preferred)
  • Submission of at least one letter of recommendation (Scanned copy via email to [email protected] is preferred)
  • The NGAMS Scholarship award will be paid in a lump sum at the beginning of the fall semester each year.
  • NGAMS maintains the right to withhold award due to fraudulent applications, disciplinary action, academic fraud, or other issue that may reflect poorly on NGAMS or that is otherwise contrary to the mission or values of the National Guard Association of Mississippi. Students will provide all requested information needed to investigate any such allegation or action. NGAMS reserves the right to recoup any amounts awarded.

Steps to Apply (Deadline for all materials for the 2025-2026 award year is May 1, 2025)

  • Complete the online NGAMS Application
  • Submit copy of official transcript from applicant’s high school, college, university and/or technical school, scanned and emailed to [email protected] or mailed to:
