Funeral service for Walter Ronnie Clark will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Baptist Church with Bro. Derrick Wilson and Bro. Bob Followell officiating. Burial will be at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in the Suqualena Community. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements.
Mr. Clark, age 66, of Meridian passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at Rush Specialty Hospital.
Ronnie was married to Lori, the love of his life for 15 years. They shared a common faith in Jesus Christ and loved their church family. He graduated from meridian high school and shortly after joined the Air Force. After that he worked for Norfolk Southern railroad. He decided to serve his country again and joined the 186 refueling unit at key field where his served until he retired in 2006. He had a wonderful work ethic and had several jobs after retirement but his favorite was at the Rock house gun and pawn where he fit right into the rock house family. He was a wonderful father to his daughter Amy. He was well loved by many and will be remembered as a loving and kind man.
Survivors include his wife, Lori Clark; daughter, Amy Clark; step-daughter, Kayla Booker (Allen); siblings, Larry Holder (Patricia), Donnie Clark, Clifton Kell, Johnny Kell (Judy) and Anita Davis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Walterine Taylor; grandmother, Estelle Cook; and brother-in-law, Melvin Davis.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Walton, Gary Riley, Lee Balliet, Scott Davis, Ross Belk, and James Edwards.
